Services

We provide these services in your Raleigh-area home by appointment, with further help by phone if possible:

  • Selection Assistance—Helping you choose a computer, devices, programs, and services such as Internet access.
  • Set-up—Physical setting up of a new system, device, or software.
  • Easy Use Settings—Changes to display, sound, keyboard, and mouse settings to support your physical needs.
  • Training—One-on-one training on everything from turning on the computer through use of native Microsoft Windows® applications and common software.
  • Problem-Solving—Fixing of low-level problems and referrals for larger problems.

Our appointment hours are:

  • Monday-Friday—9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (U.S. Eastern Time).
  • Saturday—1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

We're sorry, but we do not work on Apple products or provide emergency (disaster) services.
